Chris Evans

Chief Technology Officer

Chris is a former NASA & U.S. Air Force strategic & tactical cybersecurity expert and certified ethical hacker (CEH) with 20+ years sophisticated advanced military network defense framework, working with companies and military units around the world to solve tough security problems. His expertise includes cyber strategy, operational and vulnerability cyber assessments, cyber exercises and training. As an Air Force Red Team Leader & Innovator with expertise in adversary tactics and their application to operations, Chris has designed and executed cyber exercises for three of the top 20 companies in the United States, numerous Fortune 500 companies, and other organizations within the banking, energy, and finance sectors at the Board, C-Suite, and technical levels; also oil and bank companies in the Middle East. Chris holds the ISC2 Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) credentials, as well as a MS degree in computer science with robotics and automation specialty from the University of Southern California and a BS degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Paul Twomey

Cybersecurity Policy Lead

Paul is a founding figure and former CEO of ICANN, the international organization that coordinates many of the key functions of the global Internet – a role in which he was described by the New York Times as the “Chief Operating Officer of the Internet.” He has been successful in numerous leadership positions in commercial enterprises, government, and non-profits.
Paul founded Argo P@cific, a prominent International cybersecurity consulting firm for governments and Fortune 500 companies worldwide. He was formerly the Federal government’s Special Adviser for the Information Economy and Technology, and CEO of the Australian Government’s National Office for the Information Economy. Paul is a former senior consultant with McKinsey & Company. He has been closely involved with the international reform of the Internet’s technical rule making. As a recognized thought leader and cyber security authority, Paul roles have included:

  • The Founding Chair of the World Economic Forum’s global Agenda Council on the Future of the Internet.
  • Commissioner on the Global Commission for Internet Governance
  • Commissioner on the Global Information Infrastructure Commission
  • Board Director of the Atlantic Council of the United States
  • Chair of the CyberGreen Institute

John “Jack” Hayes

Chief Financial Officer

Former Managing Partner VC. Founder and Executive Lead of multiple Tech Companies. 30+ years Financial Oversight, Operations, Strategic and Tactical Planning, & Resource Management culminating in optimal outcomes.

After launching his career in the Venture Capital business, Jack started and managed two high technology ventures:

BioHybrid Technologies – – a biotechnology start-up developing xenotransplantation methodologies for the treatment of diabetes

Sensor Technologies – – a medical device start-up developing minimally invasive diagnostics systems for measuring bodily fluids, targeting blood glucose for the first product

Crafted viable commercial strategies/business plans for the ventures’ technologies Raised a total of $65 million of development financing
Raised over $50 million of development financing without any equity dilution.

He also managed both ventures’ technology developments

Jack graduated from Harvard University School of Business with an MBA, with Concentrations in Finance and Organizational Behavior, and previously from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts (AB), Psychology Major.

Vint Cerf

Widely known as a “Father of the Internet,” Mr. Cerf is the co-designer of the TCP/IP protocols and the architecture of the Internet. In December 1997, President Bill Clinton presented the U.S. National Medal of Technology to Cerf and his colleague, Robert E. Kahn, for founding and developing the Internet. In 2004, Cerf was the recipient of the ACM Alan M. Turing award (sometimes called the “Nobel Prize of Computer Science”) and in 2005 he was given the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President George Bush.

Cerf began his work at the United States Department of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) playing a key role in leading the development of Internet and Internet-related data packet and security technologies. Since 2005, he has served as vice president and chief Internet evangelist for Google.

He also served from 2000-2007 as chairman of the board of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), an organization he helped form. Cerf served as founding president of the Internet Society from 1992-1995, and in 1999 served a term as Chairman of the Board.

John Dundas

Mr. Dundas is a highly accomplished military officer with 26 years experience in planning, execution, technical, administrative, leadership; operations; multibillion-dollar budget management; logistics; strategic planning; and organizational development.
He delivers a proven track record of progressive leadership, operations, training, and problem-solving in both command (CEO), Operations (COO), Planning (PM), Coordinating, and support staff positions:

  • Professor, United States Army Command & Staff College
  • Office of the Chief of Staff (CEO) Executive Actions Division, Army HQ/Pentagon 
  • Officer Distribution Division (Administrative), US Army Human Resource Command

Marc Alexander

Mr. Alexander is a highly experienced and innovative business leader and Technology/IP Professional with Global Corporate Development and New Business Venturing/Investment and Startup expertise.

Marc focuses on the corporate business structure, funding, Global strategic initiatives/deals, and  tactical sales and marketing efforts. 
At Intel he worked in Intel Captal (licensing IP and creating strategic investments/ventures); in IOTG driving technical advances and global collaborations;  and drove the MCU strategy, created/launched Intel’s D1000 Microcontroller in use in Sports wearables, eToys , transportation, industrial.

Prior to Intel, Marc was President/CEO co-founder of CCComplete, Inc, a privately held Internet-Telephony Business Service Provider; President of Streamlined Solutions Inc., a wholly owned software and service subsidiary of Rentrak Corporation; and Vice President of Sales/Services at ABC Technologies.

He started his business career at IBM.
